Our Classes
Hatha Yoga
A structured class working through standing and floor-based postures with clear guidance. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga
Floor-based postures held for longer periods. A quiet, steady practice that complements more active movement.
Chair Yoga
Movements practiced seated or with chair support. Accessible to everyone, no prior experience needed.
Barre Workout
A strength-focused class using a wall-mounted barre. Controlled exercises for legs, hips and core.
A Community Space in Ferragudo
About the Studio
Yoga Ferragudo is owned and run by Susy, who lives in Ferragudo and teaches most of the classes herself. The studio is also a space where guest teachers are invited to share their own classes and approaches – a place to return to regularly.
Flexible for Locals and Visitors
Classes are available as drop-in or through multi-class passes – flexible for both local students and visitors staying in the Algarve.
